For the third time, The Ilocandia Photographic Society (TIPS) will hit again the road to lead photography enthusiasts in the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk. This time it will be held in the town of Burgos, Ilocos Norte. It’s a photo trek from Palpalookada to Kapurpuruwan.
