TIPS gather this holiday season with their respective family members at the residence of Dr. Bobby Luzod in Batac. There were games played by the members as well as the children present. A short program was held where Dr. Edwin Antonio said a prayer while TIPS President Bryan Rapadas gave his Christmas message. Franzene, took the lead in organizing this simple event.
