TIPS holds the 4th Pamulinawen Photo Experience

The Ilocandia Photographic Society (TIPS) has just conducted the 4th Pamulinawen Photo Experience (PPE) during the celebration of the city of the Pamulinawen Festival 2015 on February 10.

The lecture and orientation was held at the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) Session Hall and the on-the-spot photo competition at the Pamulinawen Street Pageanty. There was a total of 90 people who came and participated in this event. It’s the highest number of participants so far in four years.

The event was formally opened with a short message by Bryan Rapadas, TIPS president. Lectures on photography were delivered by Alaric Yanos, Michael Ong & Bryan Rapadas and the photo mechanics was read by Andie Lamug. Dr. Edwin Antonio facilitated the entire program whereas Jessica Delos Trinos and Anna Tuzon took charge of the registration. The member applicants took charge of the documentation.

The participants braved the heat of the sun as they immersed themselves in the street pageantry. All of them were enthusiastic to cover the dance parade and eventually would come up with the best photo. Winners will be announced on the TIPS facebook page.
